• un parcheggio privato (gratuito e interno l’alloggio), riservato ad ogni singolo appartamento, per posteggiare in tutta sicurezza e comodità l’auto;  

• lavatrice (una per ogni alloggio);

• doccia esterna, per poter rinfrescarsi o ripulirsi da sabbia e salsedine al rientro in alloggio.
